Shipping (US Only):

Due to the ongoing issues in global logistics, our carriers are experiencing delays and our ship time may be increased from the usual 3-5 days over this period.

Shipment to International Addresses:

International orders are shipped via our Shipping Partners. Most orders go out via DHL, depending on the country. All orders are subject to verification and approval prior to shipping. The cost for the shipping varies country by country

International Duties and Taxes:

All orders going outside of the US are subject to duties and taxes. We are charging those duties fees and taxes in advance for most orders. When you choose the shipping method at checkout, the option will say, “Inclusive of Shipping Duties, Taxes, and Fees. You will generally have the option of using Standard or Express shipping depending on your country.

UOMA Beauty Returns-United States & International

Hey Beautiful! Not 100% satisfied with your UOMA Beauty item? No worries! UOMA Beauty will gladly accept any UOMA Beauty return. To get a return started, simply e-mail hello@uoma-beauty.com. The following conditions apply:

The return must be processed within 30 days of the product delivery date.
Only products purchased on uomabeauty.com are eligible for refund.
Items purchased at a discounted rate are not eligible for return (excludes WELCOME10).
Currently, we do not refund the cost of shipping nor cover the cost of return shipping.
Please allow 10-14 business days from the retrieval or your return for your refund to be issued.
UOMA Beauty reserves the right to refuse returns and/or refunds for any reason.

UOMA Beauty Exchanges-United States

Didn’t meet your perfect match but still holding on to hope? It happens sometimes. UOMA Beauty will gladly exchange your item for you for another of equal or lesser value. To start an exchange, simply e-mail alchemist@uomabeauty.com. The following conditions apply:

· The exchange must be processed within 30 days of the product delivery date.
· Only products purchased on uomabeauty.com are eligible for exchange.
· Items purchased at a discounted rate are not eligible for exchange (excludes WELCOME10).
· UOMA Beauty will ship the new item once the old item has been received.
· Currently, we do not refund the cost of shipping nor cover the cost of return shipping.
· UOMA Beauty reserves the right to refuse any exchanges and/or refunds for any reason.

Unfortunately, UOMA By Sharon C. products are final sale with the following exceptions:

Foundation can be returned for an online credit only.
Items received were damaged.
Package lost in transit.
Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
